The usual way to do this would be to ask the author to make an alternate version
I guess you're talking about one of my covers, since it's the only PEGI Portal cover and I'd prefer to make and upload the ESRB version myself, if that's really the cover you mean.

Just another suggestion.
You could try and modify 1 by switching the Steam and the Uplay logo so that Uplay still overlaps Steam but on the other side. I think that might look better but I'm not sure if I like the idea of moving the Steam logo...

I guess you know you can search for "big sized" images on Google? And I know how hard it can be to find source images, as I often make covers for indie games and it really can be a pain to find the pictures you need for what you want to achieve. A thing I noticed is that sometimes taking screenshots...

It's definetly better to have the UPlay logo on the front as well, but I think it would look even better if you had both the Uplay and the Steam logo. The thing is, I have no idea how to achieve this.
