As the title implies, we're running a sweepstakes to win a Steam digital download of Duke Nukem Forever. To enter all you have to do is create and upload a cover for any Steam game between May 18 to June 12. A winner will be chosen at random on June 13th so that you still have a chance to pre-purchase the game if you don't win. To make the deal even sweeter, we're giving everyone the chance to improve their odds at winning by submitting multiple covers. Each cover you upload gives you another spot so keep them coming! Complete details here:

Another thing I wanted to mention is that Steam Covers is now on Facebook. I'll be posting more updates there along with my random game thoughts. "Like" us and help spread the word across this great planet!

That's all for now.

Do all kind of covers or also labels count?

Must cover selfmade? Or also Orginal Covers converted to the Steam Backup look.

If the have to be selfmade how much? Back, Front both?

Any individual covers you upload count so long as they are for a Steam game and using our template. I wouldn't stop you If you wanted to upload 100 box scans. I may disqualify some covers if the quality is very poor. For example - a plain white backgound with the game logo in the middle and nothing else. Something that bad would get deleted wether or not we had a sweepstakes running.

Would it be alright to upload a European cover? I found a European cover of Witcher 2 on the internet and placed it into your format. I think it looks pretty nice if I say so myself. I could make a custom image though if needed.

Also, I tried uploading it a few minutes ago, but there is no option in the "game" section for Witcher 2. When I manually typed the name, it would not upload... any thoughts?

EDIT: Nevermind... I found the "other" section. You can remove the cover if European covers aren't allowed.

Hey Ferrari, your cover looks fine. Cover for any country/language are accepted here. I may be an American but don't want to limit the use of this site to just USA covers only.

Also remember that if a game is not in our database it will have to be added manually later by one of our admins. This is so that we don't clutter the database full of game titles without any covers.

Hey, Quick query.

Does it have to be full boxart, or could I say, just upload a disc if I felt like only doing a disc?

Hi Apollo, any 1 cover you upload gets you 1 entry in the sweepstakes. If you just want to do a disc cover that's fine. The more you do the better your chances are of winning.

Just realized one of the covers I just uploaded had the ESRB marking on the wrong side on the front of the cover. I'll upload one with the marking on the correct side. Feel free to delete the wrong one.
