Why use Steam Covers?

Steam is the most popular digital distribution store today. I own a lot of Steam games and I'm sure you do as well. Digital distribution is fast and easy. The only thing that digital distribution can't do is give you a complete sense of "ownership". that's where Steam Covers comes in.
Just look at this comparison between a hand written label and a printed Steam Covers disc. Granted, I print all my covers using a Lightscribe printer so all my prints are always in black & white (but on colored discs), but anyone can easily print in full color either directly on to a printable disc, or on sticky labels.
These covers really make me feel like I own something special and original. Every Steam Covers image you download is in full 300dpi resolution so your prints will always look sharp. Also, since we're user supported, expect to see covers that span a variety of styles and designs.
