Does The Walking Dead deserve GOTY?

Anyone up for a little controversy this weekend? I finally had a chance to play last year's most talked about game - The Walking Dead. Although I enjoyed the game I had a few issues with it's technical side. In summary, I don't think the game is worthy of it's GOTY recognition. Why would I speak such blasphemy?
