You can print them on A4 paper but make sure they are not scaled. That way the edge of the template, where it says steamgamecovers.com and the legal part won't be printed as it doesn't fit on A4, but the cover will have the right size.
I usually put all covers in a PowerPoint presentation and print it but how you do this exactly as long as you don't scale them down.

How do you print these covers? Is it okay to print them into A4 size papers?

You can print covers the same way you print anything else. You can also print them to any size paper just make sure you don't have "scaling" on or else that will shrink or enlarge the image.
