Are games that were previously available on Steam valid?

Hello!
I have a question:
Some people may have Steam games in their libraries that are no longer available for purchase from Steam Store (Example: Virtua Tennis 4).
Are games that are no longer for sale yet still technically on Steam valid for cover submission?

Hi, every game in our database is linked to a product on the Steam site. If the game is not available then it technically doesn't exist and I can't link it and get it into our database. So, yeah, if a game is not on Steam then it can't be here even if it once was on Steam. Sorry.

I had a rejected upload of Enemy Territory: Quake Wars.
PieMonster is in contact with the Webadmin.
There must be the possibility to upload these Covers too. If not, what happens with the already uploaded covers for games that may not available on Steam in future?

Hello all, I got something working. You can go ahead and submit more covers for more games that are no longer on Steam. I'll let you know if there are any problems adding them to the database.
